ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept many different payment methods through our checkout, but if you have issues or can't find one that works,  join our discord server and create a support ticket!

Purchases made by eCheck will not be credited until the eCheck clears, which can take up 7-14 days. 

SUPPORT

It can take between 1 and 20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time period, please open a support ticket on our forums with proof of purchase and we will look into your issue. Please attempt to re-connect to the server as some packages are executed on our hub servers. Please note that all purchases are final and once you purchase your package you cannot be refunded.
